Michelle loves animals, and loves taking care of our customers. Her happy voice answers most of your calls, and her sunny personality shines through in her e-mail replies as well. Michelle works hard from her home in Des Moines, Iowa.

How We Got Started

"I had a hard time finding anyone who knew anything about music technology and was willing to help me understand what products would best meet my needs.” This summarizes my feelings when I first started Kelly's Music & Computers.

We started with a focus on providing exceptional service to music educators who wanted to use technology in their teaching. There was a definite need for a competitive and knowledgeable source of music technology and we quickly expanded to serve all of North America.

We still provide excellent service to music educators, but we have expanded to include all users - from home hobbyists, to professionals, recording studios to basement studios, classroom to boardroom. We now ship worldwide with customers on every continent!

Personalized Service from Canadians

We are a Canadian company, so your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars and your order will ship from our Canadian warehouse. You’ll also receive a Canadian warranty where applicable.

As you may have already experienced, ordering from an authorized Canadian dealer, such as ourselves can save you time and money!

When you order from us, the price you see at check-out is the price you pay. When you order from the US, you will usually have to pay (often a lot) to the carrier when they deliver your order. They will bill you for taxes, duty, brokerage, and then your credit card company will tack on a 2.5% currency exchange fee. The worst part, however, is that if you need warranty service, not only will you have to pay to ship it back to the US, but you will have to pay all of those fees again when they return it to you!

Thanks for checking us out,

Kelly Demoline
