We want to make sure your purchase meets your needs. Please contact our music technology experts if you have any questions.
We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- All returns must be unopened and sealed inside the original package. We will refund your original payment method once we have inspected your return. A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to offset shipping and/or processing fees.
- Due to copyright law, we cannot accept returns on any opened product that contains software. At our discretion, we may accept returns on open hardware. In those cases, we may assess a restocking fee of 10-30% as we only sell new, unused hardware. If you return an open item, we will need to inspect and test the product. We will then issue a credit, less any restocking fees, that you may use towards any future order. You may use this credit at any time, as credits do not expire.
- Electronic delivery items may not be returned.
- For health reasons, microphones and headphones may not be returned.
- Special order items may not be returned.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and we suggest you insure your shipment against loss. If you received free shipping on your order, we may deduct a shipping and handling charge from your refund or credit.
Note: you must contact us before returning any product to obtain an RMA number. Without this number, any returns will be refused.
Although your purchase from Kelly's Music & Computers is backed by the manufacturer, we also offer free e-mail based technical support for most products we carry for 180 days.
You can estimate shipping times and charges by adding an item to your shopping cart. Note that times shown for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Not all addresses are eligible for all shipping methods, and we will contact you if we are unable to use the method you selected. Shipping fees to remote areas or outside Canada or the US may be higher than the estimate provided by our website. If this is the case, we will notify you via e-mail.
International customers: we ship world wide and have customers around the world. Shipping charges will be calculated in our on-line shopping cart. Please note that some countries outside of Canada and the US may assess a customs fee or taxes, which you will be responsible for. Check with your local authorities for more information.
All items purchased from Kelly's Music & Computers are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a carrier independent of Kelly's Music & Computers. Legally, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Usually we will be able to reship lost or delayed orders for you, but this is at the discretion of the carrier.
Electronic Delivery Orders
Please note that orders with items available for electronic delivery are not processed automatically. A real person will review your order. Once we have processed your order, we will e-mail you the download information.
Please ensure that you are qualified to receive the academic pricing before placing your order. Each manufacturer has its own regulations regarding academic pricing, and Kelly's Music & Computers does not control these regulations. We cannot accept returns if the manufacturer determines that you are not qualified for the academic version. Although our music technology specialists are here to help you choose the best solutions for your need, please note that you agree not to hold us liable should you feel a product does not meet your needs, perform as expected, or conform to the specifications listed on our web site. Although we check all product descriptions for accuracy, you agree that the manufacturer is responsible for accurate representation and will not hold Kelly's Music & Computers liable for any errors or omissions.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you place your order. In the event of a pricing error, we may refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We will notify you of any cancellations. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Submitting an order does not constitute our acceptance of the order.
